According to the counter on the EF Scribd.com site, there have been 13,653 views of all the documents of which 4,552 are for the EF Guide. There have been 1,204 downloads of the latter. I hope this is encouraging news and compares well with downloads of other NESTA projects and papers from business schools.
Promoting the phrase “Business Plan Resource” on the blog www.cambridgecluster.com has Equity Fingerprint appearing towards the top of the first page on google.com, not just google.co.uk – do try.
The EF site will be updated to give greater prominence to NESTA and to include thanks to LUMS and FeatureSpace. If you want more, do let me know.
I understand that KPMG are putting all their staff on four days weeks or 30% pay for at least one month’s holiday. Does anyone have any contacts with KPMG as perhaps we might be able to find someone to promote EF? We may need some money or KPMG may have a training budget.
I gave a talk at the CUE Training Day yesterday and received an e-mail saying “I heard some great feedback from those who attended your session and they really felt that your talk was relevant to their concerns as they begin to navigate problems of fundraising.”
I also received an e-mail saying:

Kind words from an alumni of Warwick where one of their Professors of Entrepreneurship does not believe in Clusters!
I am funding a £500 sponsorship of an event for Northern StartUp. They e-mail some 1,200 people and Manoj is doing a good job. I just have to send a logo and some words.
Of course the dream is to produce a Graphic Novel to promote the better understanding of using equity to build global businesses. We have the brilliant Dill ready to draw, an outline of a story – we just need funding and as important, promotion. It would encourage and guide people to get us out of the current economic mess – we need new start-ups with a global vision.
And of course we need everyone to promote EF and find a way to generate an income to make it sustainable.
