Scrabulous is an add-on to Facebook which has proved hugely popular on the social network site and regularly racks up more than 500,000 daily users. It was set up by Rajat and Jayant Agarwalla – software developers based in Kolkata.
Now the owners of the Scrabble trademark want to close the site, or will they buy the business?
Who would not want 500,000 daily users?
No wonder the angels and VCs are looking at social network sites. When will the Cambridge Cluster produce a “fenulous ” add-on!
