HJ Hall have been making “quality hosiery since 1882; remember the “Hall Mark” – the sign of quality socks“.
HJ Hall is a Passive Equity Company based near the home of socks, Leicester, and they provide a very interesting family tree showing how the equity has been passed down the generations.
Of course, it would be interesting to know the ins and outs of how the equity was passed down the generations and the deals and the emotions involved.
But it is very good to see the tree and wonder where the red line, which shows which part of the family retained control, will go next. I wonder which business plan resource they use?
One thing that they have not mastered is the use of a blog – the HJ Sock Blog. It is just a news site and not very active. You go to a new tab but I could not find how to return to the main site.
