Image by nobihaya via FlickrIt is reported in the national papers that the parent company of Dyson, Dyson James, has just filed annual accounts for 2007 which shows a clean bill of health with net funds of £4.7million compared with debt of £2million the previous year. Also the highest paid director, presumed to be JD (I wonder why the parent company’s name has his first and surname initials the other way round), had taken a pay cut of a few million. With operations in 46 countries, the market is well diversified.
Did JD see the credit crunch coming and produce a business plan resource? Perhaps that is why he is a billionaire, not just an engineer!
