Image by MercyWatch via FlickrProf Dan Reinstein and his team at the London Vision Clinic use the latest technology to help people improve their eyesight using laser eye surgery.  It is not cheap, costing thousands of pounds per eye.

However his skills in leading his team were developed twenty five years ago when he worked for Club Med where he learnt to “establish eye contact and smile”.  Only positive staff are recruited and there is no place for people who are not happy.

I guess that he and his business partner, Craig Engelfried, own all the company and the business plan does not include an Equity Fingerprint.  Is a smile worth more than options?
